Integrative therapy

At Mind Matters, we provide integrative therapy for adults, drawing on our extensive experience working in NHS adult mental health services. Our approach combines evidence-based interventions tailored to support people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. By integrating multiple therapeutic models, we create personalised sessions that address emotional regulation, coping strategies, and relational difficulties. With a focus on understanding each individual’s needs, our therapy provides a safe, structured space to build resilience, insight, and long-term wellbeing.
